GTW design & manufacture rubber silicon carbide ceramic wear plate, it is a composites of reaction bonded silicon carbide ceramic specially vulcanization bonded to a matrix rubber.
Silicon carbide is second only to diamond in hardness and durability, it able this wear plate have an excellent abrasion & corrosion resistance, it lasts a longer wear life, and outperforms 4+ times of a high 92% Al2O3 alumina ceramic wear liner.
Application: Recommend to an extreme abrasive environment in mine and mineral processing industries, such as feeding, screen discharge, chute&hopper, deflector with fine materials, sliding wear, and limited impact force.
